I lived for many years in Mozambique and visited Ilha de Mocambique for the first time in 1993. In 2004 I bought a property on Ilha and started a rehabilitation project. This blog is about this project and the possible future developments there. I called the place Casa Frangipani because I love the flowers and the scent of that tropical tree. Many varieties of frangipani (Plumeria) are now happily growing on the property.
